SMS was the first company I worked for where I needed to carry a mobile phone. When the data wasn’t flowing at 2am I was one of the folks some of you used to call. I do remember the day I left the company and turning the mobile off for the first time in a very long time. In that spirit, this site’s becoming a little mobile aware. As of today, we’ve gone iPhone; kind of.
While we’re working on the site’s content, I am also playing with he software that’s running everything. Now, if you have an iPhone or an iPod Touch you can see an optimised version of this site using little browser button on your device. You can still leave comments too! So, now there really is no excuse not to get involved.
However you access the site, what shall we put here? Oh, and let me know what it looks like.

The ex-sms site is developing and we’d love to hear from you if you used to work for Satellite Media Services (SMS) or if you were an SMS customer, station or sound studio. Do you remember your very first order number?
You can connect with us in several ways: why not post your picture memories to our Flickr group or join our community here by signing in on the right hand side (you can use any OpenID login; even your Yahoo or Google account)? Leave a comment on the site or join our Facebook group. Why not do the lot? We’ve even added a sharing link to all the pages on this site so that you can easily bookmark the site or share a link via Twitter, Facebook or the network of your choice!
We’ve got plenty more things planned so isn’t it about time you stopped and said hi?
